Van Dyk Construction's  primary goal is to bring your project from vision to reality through; detailed planning, coordination, scheduling, document control and clear communication. We believe attention to detail is key to a successful project.

Our Construction Management Promise: We will design a detailed and project specific plan to see your vision to reality. We will work closely with you to develop the scope, create real budgets, design, bid, build, and (the most often neglected) close out of your project. Depending on the level of need we can facilitate multiple levels of management from Owners Representative, Project Management, and Quality Assurance management, all with the option of being on or off site depending on your project’s needs.

1. Owners Representative:

We will be the eyes and ears that insure the project movement is always towards progress keeping you up to date with weekly progress reports, financial tracking, and immediate notification of possible conflicts in the budget and schedule.

2. Contracted Project Management:

Diligent management of your project's budget and schedule will be our priority. We will accomplish this by bringing transparency to the table utilizing a teamwork mentality and working with the selected team to assess risk and remedy issues quickly.

3. Quality Assurance Management:

We will work with the project team to ensure that you are getting the quality you are paying for by keeping a close eye on the actual material being used as well as the fashion in which it is put together to insure best practices are utilized to avoid future deliverable failure.

4. Value Engineering and Budget Conscious Planning:

We strive to be diligent in our approach to insuring that the value of your finished product holds up to the desires of your company. We will review and analyze your plan to ensure that the most budget conscious planning and design takes place and optimum value is achieved for your deliverable.

The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
